The orders were turned around quickly and Steve was great at communicating lead times and expected delivery dates. We changed our minds quite a few times on the size of the roof lantern, but nothing was too much trouble. Had to visit the showroom with my young children in tow one day and all the staff were friendly and made them welcome. Very happy with the end products and will definitely use again when we come to replace more of our windows and front door
